The Nyayavani Foundation proudly presents the 2nd Nyayavani National (Virtual) Moot Court Competition (NNMCC 2.0), a prestigious national-level virtual moot court competition designed to provide law students with practical courtroom exposure while sharpening their advocacy, legal research, memorial drafting, and oral pleading skills.

Centered around a contemporary constitutional law proposition, the competition offers participants an opportunity to test their legal acumen, compete with students from across India, and gain valuable experience in a professional moot court environment.


About the Organiser

Nyayavani Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization committed to promoting legal awareness, improving access to justice, and encouraging experiential legal education. Through national competitions, internships, legal awareness campaigns, workshops, and research-driven initiatives, the Foundation works to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical legal experience for aspiring legal professionals.


About the Competition

The 2nd Nyayavani National (Virtual) Moot Court Competition (NNMCC 2.0) aims to create a platform where law students can develop essential legal skills through a challenging constitutional law moot proposition. Participants will gain hands-on experience in legal research, memorial drafting, oral advocacy, and courtroom presentation while competing with talented teams from across the country.



Eligibility

• Open to students pursuing 3-Year LL.B. and 5-Year Integrated Law Programmes

• Teams may consist of 2 or 3 members (Two Speakers and One Optional Researcher)

• Cross-institutional teams are permitted

• No Bonafide Certificate is required


Competition Details

Dates: 24th to 27th September 2026

Mode: Virtual (Pan India)


Registration Fee

Early Bird Registration (Till 1st August 2026): ₹1,500 per team

Regular Registration: ₹1,800 per team


Awards

Total Prize Pool: Up to ₹50,000

Winner: ₹10,000 Cash Prize

Runner-Up: ₹5,100 Cash Prize

Best Memorial: ₹2,000

Best Mooter: ₹1,500

Best Researcher: ₹1,500


In addition to the cash prizes, participants will receive trophies, certificates, mementoes, and exclusive partner benefits.
