Brijendra Singh: Building FinceptPro Around the Capital Gap

Brijendra Singh built FinceptPro after spending years watching a gap that many growing businesses struggled to cross. India had no shortage of ambitious founders, yet many companies lacked the financial guidance and access to capital needed for steady expansion. That thought stayed with him through a decade of work across India, Europe, and the Middle East. Those experiences shaped his belief that good businesses often miss opportunities because the financial side is not built well enough. FinceptPro was created to help bridge that gap through cross border financial advisory and capital services.

Today, FinceptPro works with CEOs, CFOs, investors, and family owned businesses across India, the UAE, and Europe. The firm focuses on structured debt, mezzanine financing, private equity advisory, mergers and acquisitions valuation, and cross border transactions. Brijendra chose to stay focused on these areas instead of trying to offer every advisory service in the market. “Depth always beats breadth,” became a lesson that quietly shaped many of his business decisions.

The early days were not easy. Winning confidence without the backing of a large financial brand demanded patience and consistency. Every assignment had to be delivered with precision because each successful mandate opened the door to the next client. His first customers came through relationships built during his years in corporate finance, not through advertising. Word spread slowly, one recommendation at a time, and the business kept growing. The uneven cash flow of an advisory firm also taught him financial discipline, something he still believes every founder should practice.

Leadership, for Brijendra, is built on trust, discipline, and setting high standards. He believes people perform their best when they are given room to grow while being guided with honesty and clear expectations. “A leader should build a culture where people expect excellence from themselves,” he says. Family and close friends also played a big part by encouraging him to stay patient instead of chasing quick wins.

Among his proudest moments are not just completed deals but the trust earned from clients handling major financial decisions. Past mistakes taught him that technical knowledge alone is never enough. Reputation, consistency, and patience matter just as much. As FinceptPro grows, Brijendra wants the firm to become a trusted name in structured finance and cross border capital advisory, helping more mid market businesses secure the funding they need to grow with confidence.
