Chintan Sheth’s journey into real estate grew from a mix of academic curiosity and a family legacy that shaped his early years. He often says he never saw education as something limited to collecting skills. For him it shaped the way he thinks and questions ideas. His background in Computer Engineering strengthened his ability to handle complex problems with patience and clarity. Real estate had also been part of daily life for him and his brother Maulik since childhood. Their home was filled with talk about planning, design, and the process of turning drawings into spaces people would someday call home. Those early site visits and observations stayed with him and became a quiet guide when he stepped into the field. When Sheth Realty was founded in 2022, he felt two very different parts of his life finally met each other with ease.

He often recalls that early optimism gave him confidence but also created blind spots. One of his early lessons came from misjudging how long a project would take and how delays in communication can unsettle teams and partners. It taught him that clarity is not optional. He learned the hard way that every business needs strong systems and constant information flow. He says, “Mistakes keep you grounded and remind you to stay disciplined.” Over time he developed a habit of setting realistic timelines and building teams that work with steady coordination. He also became far more open to updating others at every stage so no one is left guessing.

His advice for young entrepreneurs rests on simple experiences. He believes confidence in one’s ideas must sit beside a willingness to learn from every step. He adds that passion may start the journey but persistence keeps it alive. Relationships matter deeply to him and he often mentions how honesty in commitments builds credibility early on. “Surround yourself with people who challenge you and bring a different way of thinking,” he says, pointing out that success is rarely the work of one person. He encourages new founders to understand cash flow, customer expectations, and market cycles before scaling their plans.

Real estate comes with unique pressures, and his journey has been shaped by changing regulations and unpredictable market shifts. Each policy change influences the entire business chain, so he had to stay prepared for quick adjustments. As Sheth Realty grew, the team handled challenges related to timelines, quality control, and resource planning. Over time he found that careful communication and strong financial discipline kept the company steady during demanding phases. He believes that trust from customers comes from honesty, steady delivery, and work that holds its promise.

Sheth Realty today focuses on creating living spaces that feel thoughtful rather than simply measured by size. The company is working on residential projects in Borivali, Dombivli, Versova and Mulund with a projected topline crossing Rs 3000 crore in the 2025 to 2026 period. Chintan Sheth says, “We want every project to feel purposeful and offer a living experience that people truly enjoy.” For him the real estate field carries a rare mix of imagination and careful detailing. He finds meaning in building places that stay with families for decades and shape the story of a neighbourhood.
