His entrepreneurial path was never driven by the ambition to establish a conventional business. During his academic journey, particularly while pursuing postgraduate studies in Ayurveda, he recognised that many valuable concepts within the discipline lacked systematic documentation, analytical validation, and modern scientific interpretation. While Ayurveda possessed remarkable conceptual depth, its credibility in contemporary healthcare often depended on stronger clinical evidence, assessment tools, research methodologies, and institutional development. That realisation inspired him to become what he describes as a knowledge entrepreneur, creating original books, research projects, clinical models, intellectual property, and academic platforms that contribute lasting value to the field.

This vision eventually evolved into NeuroAyurGenix Research Foundation, an organisation that functions as a research and academic innovation ecosystem rather than a traditional healthcare enterprise. Alongside his independent academic platform, Dr. Ankit works across Ayurveda, diabetic neuropathy, neuroscience, mental health, public health education, research tool development, and institutional innovation. His work serves students, researchers, healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and anyone interested in evidence based Ayurveda. Between January and June 2026 alone, he authored and published fourteen original books, submitted twelve copyright applications, and secured five copyright registrations from the Copyright Office of the Government of India. Alongside his ongoing research into diabetic neuropathy and analytical evaluation of Ayurvedic medicines, these achievements reflect his commitment to creating structured knowledge that strengthens both education and healthcare. Rather than viewing delayed recognition as failure, he believes it often represents the natural timeline required for serious academic work to mature and earn lasting acceptance.
Looking ahead, Dr. Ankit envisions NeuroAyurGenix Research Foundation growing into a comprehensive evidence led Ayurveda and healthcare innovation ecosystem. His plans include expanding research in diabetic neuropathy, advancing Ayurveda neuroscience integration, developing validated assessment tools, strengthening research training programmes, creating new intellectual property, and supporting institutional projects that prepare the next generation of Ayurveda professionals.
