From Helping Hands to Changing Lives: The Vision of Vijin V

For Vijin V, entrepreneurship was never about building a business for personal success. It started with a simple wish to improve the lives of people who needed help the most. Growing up, he saw children struggling to access education, families facing financial hardship, and many people living without proper healthcare awareness or emotional guidance. His experience in healthcare, counselling, and community service gradually shaped his purpose. That purpose became Helping Hands with Love Trust, an organisation built to serve communities through education, healthcare awareness, child welfare, and social service.

Vijin believed that financial aid alone could not change lives for the long term. People also needed knowledge, guidance, confidence, and opportunities. This belief led to the creation of St. Aloysius Gonzaga Academy as the Education Department of the Trust. The academy offers German, English, and Spanish language training, competitive examination coaching, professional skill development, and international career guidance. Together, both organisations work with students, professionals, women, children, healthcare workers, and families from different backgrounds.

The early years were far from easy. Limited funds, earning public trust, managing volunteers, and balancing social service with organisational growth demanded patience every single day. Building the academy required even more effort as curriculum planning, community outreach, and facilities all needed attention. Every obstacle taught him lessons that books never could.

Their first breakthrough came through people who experienced the work firsthand. Families shared their experiences, students recommended the academy, and community members spread the word. Awareness programmes, counselling sessions, health camps, breastfeeding awareness drives, POCSO awareness sessions, sign language awareness programmes, scholarships for underprivileged students, orphan welfare, HIV-affected children welfare, and the Sweet Memories Project slowly built confidence among the public.

Starting both the Trust and the academy without strong financial backing was a bold decision. Many wondered if service and financial stability could exist together. Vijin stayed committed to his belief that education could strengthen community service. "True entrepreneurship is not measured by the wealth we create, but by the lives we uplift."

Today, his greatest satisfaction comes from watching students build international careers, helping children continue their education, and seeing families find hope through counselling and community programmes. His dream is to take Helping Hands with Love Trust across India while expanding educational opportunities that open new doors for thousands more people.
