Mr. Neelesh Verma Neel – A Life Dedicated to Humanity

Mr. Neelesh Verma Neel is a distinguished social worker, entrepreneur, and humanitarian from Siwan, Bihar, who has dedicated his life to serving society with the belief that “Humanity is the Greatest Religion.” His mission has always been to help people without any commercial motive or personal gain, ensuring that no life is lost due to the lack of timely support.

As the Founder & President of Siwan Blood Donor Club, Mr. Neel has established one of the most active voluntary blood donation networks. Today, the organization has dedicated volunteers across different states and cities of India, enabling emergency blood support to patients whenever and wherever required. Working entirely on a free-of-cost basis, the club has helped save more than 10,000 lives across India through voluntary blood donation and emergency blood assistance.

He is also the Founder & President of Prayas Welfare Trust, an organization actively engaged in social welfare, healthcare awareness, education, and humanitarian initiatives for the betterment of society.

As the District President of Dadhichi Dehdan Samiti, Mr. Neel promotes the life-saving mission of “Donate Blood While Living; Donate Organs, Eyes, and Your Body After Death.” The organization spreads awareness about blood donation, organ donation, eye donation, and body donation while helping connect deserving patients with life-saving organ support and encouraging people to leave behind the greatest legacy—the gift of life.

Mr. Neel also serves as the Chartered Director of Rotary Sankalp Siwan, where he actively participates in community service projects, including healthcare camps, educational support, environmental initiatives, disaster relief, and various humanitarian activities that benefit underprivileged communities.

In addition, he is the District President of the Global Kayastha Conference, through which he leads and supports numerous social welfare programs, youth empowerment initiatives, educational assistance, health awareness campaigns, and community development activities aimed at strengthening society and encouraging public service.
