Sheetal Goradia: Turning Health Challenges Into a Purpose-Driven Wellness Ecosystem

Sheetal Goradia’s entrepreneurial journey did not begin with the ambition to simply start a business. It began with a desire to understand health. Personal health challenges made her question the conventional idea that health should receive attention only after something goes wrong. Her interest grew around nutrition, daily habits, stress, sleep and lifestyle, and gradually developed into professional education.

She saw a gap between knowing what is healthy and actually being able to live healthily. People were surrounded by diet trends, conflicting advice and quick fixes, while many struggled with weight, blood sugar, metabolic health and everyday eating habits. Sheetal wanted to create practical guidance that could fit into real life, leading to the creation of Aarogya Vridhi.

Today, her work covers health, nutrition, education and food entrepreneurship. Aarogya Vridhi provides personalised nutrition and health coaching, nutrigenomics-based guidance, metabolic wellness care, women’s health education, gut health guidance, corporate wellness programmes and nutrition workshops. Its Life Reset Code programme focuses on gradual changes rather than temporary diets.

Her journey later expanded to Nutricare and The Gujarati Legacy. Nutricare brings healthier Indian sweets and nutritious snacks to families, celebrations and corporate gifting. The Gujarati Legacy focuses on authentic Gujarati foods, quality ingredients and mindful preparation. Across the three ventures, Sheetal follows one simple belief: “better health should fit naturally into real life.”

Building these ventures also required her to learn beyond nutrition. Branding, communication, digital marketing, customer experience, product development and business knowledge became part of her entrepreneurial education. Trust was another challenge, especially in a field crowded with promises of instant results and conflicting information.

Sheetal’s work has also extended into authorship. She has written five health and wellness books covering everyday nutrition, busy professionals, unexplained health concerns, family wellbeing and diabetes. Her books gave her a way to take health education beyond individual consultations and into people’s homes.

For Sheetal, entrepreneurship is closely connected with education and trust. Her larger ambition is to build three distinct brands with a shared purpose: Aarogya Vridhi for better health, Nutricare for better indulgence, and The Gujarati Legacy for preserving Gujarati culinary heritage. Her journey shows how personal questions about health can grow into businesses, books and ideas that reach far beyond the founder herself.
