The Next Disney for AI Films: The Journey of Vishnu Vijayan

For Vishnu Vijayan, entrepreneurship did not begin with a business plan or a lifelong dream of building a company. It began with curiosity. His early years were shaped by neuroscience and yoga, two fields that helped him understand the human mind and the way people think, focus, and pay attention. While those subjects influenced his perspective, another passion quietly grew alongside them. He had always been drawn to films and storytelling, carrying a strong desire to create something people would genuinely enjoy.
A major turning point came when he read Hooked by Nir Eyal. The book introduced the idea of building products that people truly want and return to repeatedly. That single idea changed the direction of his career. Content creation soon became more than a creative outlet. It became the doorway that led him into entrepreneurship and eventually the foundation of his company.
In the early days, Vishnu wanted to solve a simple but widespread problem. He believed technology should reduce the time people spend on everyday tasks. As he gained more experience, his attention shifted toward the media industry, where he noticed countless challenges slowing down creators and production teams. Rather than trying to fix everything at once, he focused on one problem that mattered deeply to him, helping creators bring their imagination to life almost as quickly as they could think of it.
That purpose became the driving force behind 11 FPS, the company he now leads with three co founders. The company creates AI motion films, visual effects, and advertisements for production houses, OTT platforms, and large enterprises. By combining artificial intelligence with filmmaking, 11 FPS helps clients reduce production costs and save valuable time while making sure creative ideas reach the screen without unnecessary limitations. As AI filmmaking continues to grow, the company has positioned itself among the early businesses working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cinematic storytelling.

The road was never free from doubt. One of the biggest challenges Vishnu faced came from people who believed he lacked the educational background needed to succeed in this field. Those opinions followed him during the early stages of his journey. Rather than trying to prove people wrong through words, he chose consistency. He believes success belongs to the person who keeps showing up every single day. "Agency is greater than intelligence," he says, a belief that has shaped both his career and the culture within his business.
That philosophy also defines the way he thinks about personal growth. Vishnu believes intelligence alone can sometimes create hesitation because people overthink every decision. Action, on the other hand, creates experience. Experience creates knowledge that cannot be learned from books alone. Instead of becoming attached to every step of the journey, he prefers putting his head down and doing the work for as long as it takes.
One lesson that completely changed his perspective came from sales. Early in his entrepreneurial journey, he underestimated the value of marketing and branding. He believed they were simply ways for companies to talk about themselves. Over time, he discovered that the way a business presents itself shapes customer trust and business growth. Once that understanding clicked, his company began growing much faster because people were already familiar with the work before the first conversation even happened.
Content has remained his strongest business asset. Every one of his first customers arrived through the content he shared online. Instead of relying on cold outreach, he built relationships by consistently publishing ideas, insights, and creative work. Today, his Instagram community of around 450,000 followers continues to bring inbound opportunities, partnerships, and business deals. What began as content creation has become one of the strongest reasons behind the company's steady growth.
Outside the business itself, Vishnu credits much of his strength to the people around him. Business mentors willingly shared their knowledge throughout his journey, helping him avoid mistakes while encouraging bigger ambitions. His parents gave him something equally valuable. They never tried to control his decisions or choose his career path. They simply believed in him and encouraged him to pursue whatever he committed himself to. That quiet confidence became a source of strength during uncertain moments.
Inside 11 FPS, culture is built collectively by the four founders. They constantly test new ideas while learning how to build an environment where trust and performance grow together. Vishnu openly admits that understanding people is one of the hardest parts of running a company, and it remains something they continue learning every day. Rather than pretending to have every answer, the team keeps improving through experience.

His achievements continue to grow. Writing AI Simplified, becoming a TEDx speaker, building a company with more than thirty team members, securing major business deals, and participating in Google AI roundtable discussions all stand out in his journey. Even then, Vishnu treats each accomplishment as another step instead of a final destination.
His long term dream is ambitious. He wants to build what he calls "the next Disney for AI films." It is a goal that reflects both his love for storytelling and his belief in the future of artificial intelligence. For aspiring entrepreneurs, his advice remains simple. "Agency is greater than intelligence." To him, knowledge comes from action, and the best way to build something remarkable is to begin the work today.
